I approach therapy with curiosity, warmth, and deep respect for the complexity of being human. I believe each of us is shaped by our relationships, culture, and lived experiences — and that within that complexity lies a real capacity for insight, resilience, and change.

My style is collaborative and relational. I'll meet you with empathy and openness while gently helping you examine patterns that may no longer be serving you. There's room here for honesty, reflection, and even humor when it fits.

 

I often work with people navigating anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, and relational struggles — particularly those who feel stuck in cycles they don't quite understand. Together, we slow things down, explore what's beneath the surface, and make sense of how the past may still be shaping the present. That awareness can open the door to greater self-compassion, more meaningful choices, and lasting change.

 

My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in attachment theory, nervous system awareness, and an understanding of the broader systems that shape our lives. I am committed to offering an inclusive, affirming space and to ongoing growth as an ally.

 

My specialized training includes crisis intervention across trauma, suicidality, substance use, and violence. I have dedicated training in working with survivors of domestic violence, intimate partner violence, and sexual assault, and in affirming clinical care for LGBTQ+ clients, including queer and trans identities and gender transition. My clinical approach integrates Internal Family Systems, attachment theory, and psychodynamic insights through a person-centered and relational lens.
